For active women who keep getting sidelined

You're already doing everything right.

So Why Does the Pain Keep Coming Back?

You stretch. You strengthen. You rest when you're supposed to. And it still shows up… same spot, or somewhere new. That's not you failing. That's a signal you haven't decoded yet.

A 9-minute instant access training for active women whose pain keeps returning no matter what they try

You Will Learn:

01

Why the pain keeps coming back even when you're doing everything right, and the one thing most approaches never look at

02

What the Movement Imbalance Cycleā„¢ is, why your body starts quietly shifting work from one area to another, and how that shows up as pain that moves

03

Why the spot that hurts is rarely the spot that's failing, and what actually needs to change for relief to hold

04

Why getting stronger isn't enough on its own, and what turns strength into protection instead of just more load

05

What makes results hold on their own, so you stop cycling: relief, return, relief, return.

This Training Is For You If:

  • You're an active woman who plays pickleball, tennis, or golf, lifts, runs, hikes, or trains regularly, and you intend to keep doing it
  • You've already tried stretching, rest, massage, mobility apps, and new workout programs, and maybe even physical therapy
  • The pain comes back, or it moves to a new place, and nobody has explained why
  • You're modifying more than you used to… skipping a game, shortening the run, backing off the weight
  • You're done with quick fixes and you want to understand what's actually happening in your body
  • You want to stay strong and active for decades, not get through this week

Shari De Boer, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Hi, I'm Shari De Boer

Doctor of Physical Therapy. Movement Strategist.

I've spent more than 20 years as a physical therapist working with athletes and with women from every walk of life. What I kept seeing was the same story: smart, active women doing all the right things, and the pain still coming back.

That's what led me to develop Movement Performance Masteryā„¢, a full-body approach built on one idea. When one area of your body stops contributing the way it should, another area picks up the extra work. Over time that extra work becomes pain. Chase the painful spot and you miss the pattern underneath it.

I'm not handing you more exercises. I'm helping you understand what your body is actually doing, so the strength you build finally holds.

Nine Minutes. Then You'll Understand What's Actually Happening.

No long build-up. No sales pitch.

Nine minutes, and you'll see your own pattern in a way nobody has shown you before.

FAQs

Is this for people who are already injured?

This training is for active women dealing with recurring pain, the kind that keeps returning or moving around. If you have an acute injury or something you haven't had evaluated, please see a provider in person first. This is education about patterns, not a diagnosis.

How is this different from what I've already tried?

Most women come to this having tried the obvious things: stretching more, resting, massage, a chiropractor, a new workout program. Some have been through physical therapy, most haven't. Either way, all of those focus on the place that hurts. This looks at what the rest of your body is doing to compensate for it, which is usually the part nobody has walked you through.

How long is it, and do I have to watch it live?

Nine minutes, and it's pre-recorded. You get instant access and can watch whenever you want.

Do I have to stop training?

No. This is built for women who intend to keep playing, lifting, and moving. The whole point is doing it without the pain cycling back.
